Refund policy

Returns (Up to 1 Year)

We accept returns of unopened product for up to 1 year from the delivery date, as long as the return is authorized first and the product is returned in acceptable condition.

All returns must be approved before the return starts. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds — What Is Not Refundable

We do not refund:

  • Opened product
  • Damaged product (unless it qualifies under the shipping damaged product policy below)

If returned product arrives opened, damaged, or not in acceptable condition, the return may be denied or handled case by case.

Shipping — Product Arrives Damaged

If product arrives leaking and there is product loss, the customer receives a free replacement product (subject to claim review and verification).

Damage to the outside of the container that does not cause product loss is not accepted, or may be handled case by case.

To help us review shipping damage claims quickly, please provide photos of the container and shipment condition.

Return Shipping Cost

For standard returns, the customer pays return shipping.

If needed, we can arrange return logistics and deduct the return shipping cost from the refund amount. This is usually handled case by case.

Refund Fee

Approved refunds are subject to a 3.5% refund fee.

There is no separate restocking fee.

Refund Method

Refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method.

In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit or another method if agreed in advance.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after our warehouse confirms the condition of the returned product.

Refund processing is automatic after warehouse confirmation and remains subject to normal bank and payment processor timing.

Product Exchanges

Because we offer one product in different packaging sizes, exchanges are generally only valid when the customer is switching packaging sizes.

For example, this may include exchanging acceptable-condition 55-gallon pails for one IBC tote, or vice versa, subject to approval.

Packaging-size exchanges are handled case by case.
